Refunds & Cancellations

This website is operated by Snap-It throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snap-It.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return that has been accepted by a support member will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue an justify to the best of our abilities. 

In the event you receive a defective or faulty camera, please reach out to us at Please do so within 5 business days of receiving your camera. We reserve the right, however to require the return of the defective/ faulty camera; before any partial/ full refund, credit, or replacement camera is issued. Partial or full refunds will automatically be refunded to the original payment method. 

If you are having issues with a camera, or are unsatisfied with the service provided to you, or requesting a refund/cancelation for any other matter please contact us via email (, Instagram, TikTok and other social media messages will not be eligible for a refund. Only requests via email will be accepted.

Cancellation of subscription

If you have an account set up, your subscription can be easily canceled under your Snap-It account. Once in your account profile, you will be able to cancel your active subscription. For any questions or concerns about canceling your active Snap-It subscription, please reach out to our support team via email:  Our support team will be able to walk you through the process of canceling your subscription under your account.

Any defective camera is subject to justification. Snap-It may ask to receive your camera back before issuing any means of justification. If we feel there is evidence that the camera is defective and untampered we will provide you with one of our two means of justification. 1) A full refund for your order. 2) A new camera will be sent to you. Snap-It reserves the right to choose which means of justification is given. Unless your product is received damaged it is ineligible for a refund as all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any refund for a product that we feel has been tampered with in any manner. Subscriptions that have been processed are not subject to a refund unless the camera is defective and untampered with.
