Subscription Policy

Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it under your Snap-It account or reach out to our support team at support@snapitbox.com where one of our team members will be happy to cancel it for you.

In this page and all pages Snap-It will be referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”

We "Snap-It" are not allowed to move your subscription renewal date to an earlier date but do reserve the right to move your subscription renewal date further back. There is a very minimal chance that this will ever need to be done, reasons we may need to do this is lack of inventory due to reasons out of our control, lack of inventory due to employee error, natural disaster, if there is a case where we feel the shipping department is unsafe for our employees.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you do not set up an account at time of subscription, please contact us at support@snapitbox.com to make changes to your subscription or we can send you access to create your account.

Snap-It will not be held responsible for any lost return pouches for camera development, a new pouch will not be provided if lost or destroyed. Custom orders or standard bulk orders may not include shipping of completed cameras depending upon their size unless directly specified prior to confirmation of order.  Snap-It will not be held responsible for cameras lost during shipment. We estimate cameras arrive to our facility in 2-3 days, we are not responsible for any delays during shipping.

Any processed subscriptions will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only given if a camera is defective any fully untampered with. Our definition of a process subscription is "Any subscription that has been paid for and is awaiting fulfillment from Snap-It, or "any subscription that has been paid for and fulfilled by Snap-It".

How our monthly subscriptions work.  Example (30 day):

You place an order for one of our subscriptions 11/24/2020, there is a 24 turn around time for all our orders, your order will be shipped out 11/25/2020. If you do not cancel the subscription, 30 days from your initial order your second order will be placed, 12/25/2020. This order will then have a 24 hours turn around time and will be shipped 11/26/2020.

We reserve the right to make changes to our subscriptions models at any time, items / services can be added or exchanged for other items / services at any time only of equal or greater value. Value is solely judged by Snap-It and the other company's it works with. Pricing for active subscriptions can be increased due to increase in material/supplies.  The customer will be notified via email.   

Subscription times starts the same day the initial order is placed, we have a 24 hour turnaround time for all orders to be shipped. We ship all of our orders via USPS. Order time may be increased due to underlying circumstances.
